Air conditioning issues!!! Noise disturbances at night!!! Inconsistent cleanliness and maintenance of facilities!!! Parking difficulties and long distance from San Antonio town!!! Limited cooking facilities and absence of basic kitchen supplies!!! Not exactly a relaxing stay.

Staff were super friendly, always ready to help with tips for places to see. The beaches nearby are stunning, perfect for chillin' with a cold drink. The pool area was lekker, never crowded. Loved the evening shows, proper jol!

The room could do with a bit of an update, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Wow, just wow. The roach invasion was absolutely delightful, and the gloomy atmosphere was so comfortable it felt like a horror movie! I had hoped for a complimentary drink or an upgrade after this charming experience but alas, nothing. Not even a wine opener for us to enjoy a civilized evening. Unbelievable!

quiet pool area

vibra club was lovely for our family getaway. the staff were super helpful during check-in, and we enjoyed the spacious room with solid amenities. the food was varied enough at breakfast, and we really liked the pool area, which was never crowded. plus, it's close to alberto and fernando for easy outings.

the shower curtain was a bit worn, though.

The room was nice and clean, perfect size for two friends. Air con worked great, which was a lifesaver. Plus, we enjoyed the view of the small pool. A big bonus was that there were no issues getting sunbeds. Just wish there were more kitchen supplies for some self-catering.
